Marrow, 2020

Columbia Park. Portland, OR. Collaboration with photographer, Eldon Christenson. A dance film created partially in response to the many reckonings brought on by isolation during COVID-19. A nonbinary dancer performs a short movement phrase that ends in removing a jacket and releasing it in a dizzying spin. This repeats several times and is set to music by Electric Guest.

Biography, 2016

San Francisco Conservatory of Dance, Studio 205. San Francisco, CA.
Created with the students of SFCD.
Episodic and Vignette-like in form, this evening length work has a clear, overarching theme of excavating and presenting the many portions of a person that deem them whole. It is a story of 9 people told in order, much like a timeline, with movement and dialogue to guide the audience through the inherent complexity of the subject.
